Allergens / Intolerances

If you have any allergies or intolerances, you must notify me prior to submitting your order. This is to ensure your order can be catered for, prior to payment being made. You can notify me of this by submitting a 'Contact us' form and stating your requirements.

For customers with dietary requirements, I will do my best to accommodate these. Examples for this would include 'Gluten Free', 'Dairy Free', among others, and extra care is always taken to avoid any cross-contamination. The following options are available to order from each product under this category:

• No allergens/No dietary requirements - By selecting this option, you are confirming you have no allergens or food intolerances

• Dairy Free - By selecting this option, you are confirming the product needs to be free from dairy. This includes milk from any animal, as well as any product made from this milk, such as cheese, yogurt, butter, and cream.

• Gluten Free - By selecting this option, you are confirming the product needs to be free from gluten. 

• Vegan - By selecting this option, you are confirming the product needs to be free from any animal products, such as milk, eggs, cream, cheese, yoghurt.

I must advise that I cannot guarantee any products made by The Frosted Swann are free from specific allergens. The Frosted Swann is based in a domestic kitchen, as such a number of allergens are handled on this premises (these include GLUTEN, WHEAT, EGGS, FISH, SOYA, MILK, PEANUTS, SESAME, SULPHITES, CRUSTACEANS, MUSTARD AND SULPHUR DIOXIDE).

Further to this, some of the ingredients used in my bakes may contain allergen traces due to their manufacturing methods.
